I would tread cautiously if you're looking to draft him in early redraft or best ball. Dobbins only carries a 50k dead cap hit if the team decides to move on from him.

Dobbins suffered a torn Achilles at the start of the 2023 season that left him with a limited market in free agency, but now he is expected to sign with the Chargers. He will reunite with his former offensive coordinator Greg Roman, who helped him find stretches of success in Baltimore. His fantasy value will largely hinge on how well his recovery goes this offseason, but the starting spot is ripe for the taking with Gus Edwards being the only other notably RB on the roster currently.
