Fantasy Impact: Tryon-Shoyinka will be looking to prove himself this season on a contract year. He saw his snaps steadily decline as the season went on last year.

Fantasy Impact: This was the expectation for Lance. He figures to remain in the same backup role he was in last season with the Cowboys.

The New York Giants signed David Long Jr. (Source: New York Giants on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Long spent stints last season with the Raiders, Panthers and Packers. He'll look to earn a depth and special teams role with the Giants.

Fantasy Impact: Harris spent the past five seasons with the Lions. He figures to add depth to the secondary for New Orleans.

The Cardinals declined the fifth-year option on Zaven Collins. (Source: Darren Urban on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Collins will enter this season on a prove-it deal with Arizona, and it's now a new coaching scheme under coach Jonathan Gannon.

The Saints signed Justin Herron to a one-year deal. (Source: Nick Underhill on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Herron recently spent two seasons with the Raiders after two years with the Patriots. He is expected to compete for a depth role on the offensive line with New Orleans.

The Saints signed Shane Lemieux to a one-year contract. (Source: Nick Underhill on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Lemieux played just four seasons with the New York Giants last year before suffering a season-ending injury. He'll compete for a depth role on the Saints offensive line.

The Browns signed Brian Allen. (Source: Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Allen was recently released by the Rams. He figures to compete to be the backup center with Cleveland this season.

The Browns exercised the fifth-year option for Greg Newsome. (Source: NBC Sports)

Fantasy Impact: Newsome recorded two interceptions and 34 tackles last season. He will remain with the Browns through the 2025 season.

The Ravens exercised the fifth-year option for Odafe Oweh. (Source: Jamison Hensley on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Oweh recorded nine QB hits and five sacks last season. He will remain with the Ravens through the 2025 season.

Boston Scott has signed a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams. He joins the Rams after playing for the Eagles since they drafted him in 2018. (Source: Adam Schefter on X)

Fantasy Impact: Scott joins Kyren Williams and the newly drafted Blake Corum in the Los Angeles backfield. He likely won't see significant playing throughout the season unless Wiliams or Corum get injured, but is a good depth piece for the Rams after being decimated at the running back position last year.

The Atlanta Falcons are exercising the fifth-year option for Kyle Pitts. (Source: Field Yates on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: As expected, the Falcons will pick up the fifth-year option to keep Pitts under contract for another season. He has been a bit disappointing so far relative to how much he was hyped up after being drafted fourth overall back in 2021, but this season he will finally be healthy and will presumably have good quarterback play from Kirk Cousins. This move was expected but still adds a bit more long-term security to the tight end's profile.

Brevyn Spann-Ford is signing an UDFA deal with the Dallas Cowboys. (Source: Michael Gehlken on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Spann-Ford was not picked in last week's NFL Draft, but he will be joining the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. He had a strong market, but Dallas is giving him a good deal and will allow him to compete for a roster spot. It's highly unlikely that he carves out a fantasy-relevant role this year, however.

Joey Slye released by Jaguars

By Leo Sells

The Jacksonville Jaguars have released kicker Joey Slye from their roster. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Slye saw a lot of action with the Jaguars last year, but the team is now opting to release him to create roster space. The team just drafted rookie kicker Cam Little in the NFL Draft last week, so it will likely be a competition between him and veteran Riley Patterson for the starting spot. Slye could end up on a roster somewhere, but until then, he carries no fantasy value.

Dallin Holker signs with Saints

Tue, Apr 30th 10:33am EDT
By Leo Sells

Dallin Holker has signed a deal to join the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent. (Source: New Orleans Saints)

Fantasy Impact: Holker, a rookie tight end from Colorado State, surprisingly went undrafted in last week's NFL draft. He is now signing a deal to join the New Orleans Saints, where he will be able to compete for a roster spot. The Saints already have three strong tight ends, however, so his path to relevance seems murky at best at this point.

Zay Jones released by Jaguars

By Leo Sells

Zay Jones has been released by the Jacksonville Jaguars. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Jones has been a member of the Jaguars for the past two seasons, but now he will hit the open market as a free agent after Jacksonville released him on Tuesday. The team likely feels more secure about their receiving core after bringing in Gabe Davis and rookie Brian Thomas Jr. this offseason, and letting the veteran go will also open the door for Parker Washington to get more reps, who flashed some potential in his limited action last year. Jones is a talented player and could find fantasy relevance if he lands with the right team.

The Baltimore Ravens are signing former Kentucky WR Tayvion Robinson to a deal as an undrafted rookie. (Source: Ryan Fowler on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Robinson provides a new wrinkle compared to some of the other WRs the Ravens have on their roster, fitting more in the mold of a quick slot WR with strong hands. He could fight for a roster spot down the line but will likely start as a practice squad player in the NFL.

The Carolina Panthers are signing former Holy Cross WR Jalen Coker, who is earning a $25,000 signing bonus and a $225,000 salary guarantee. (Source: Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Coker could be a long-term developmental piece for Carolina out of the FCS, where the WR dominated with his athletic traits. He is a boundary receiver who could refine his game further, but many analysts expected him to be a Day 3 pick, though his middling speed and lack of competition may have turned some heads away.

Former Colorado WR Xavier Weaver is signing an undrafted free-agent deal with the Arizona Cardinals. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Weaver has shown an ability to be a solid route runner and could serve as a punt returner at the NFL level. In Arizona, there's a clear top-four WRs, but alongside 2024 sixth-rounder Tejhaun Palmer, Weaver could fight for a roster spot.
