Fantasy Impact:
Otto suffered a sprained right shoulder capsule midway through spring training but finally began a rehab assignment after rehabbing at the club's spring facility the last few weeks. Otto surrendered two earned runs on two hits -- including a homer -- with four strikeouts against zero walks while facing 11 batters. The righty posted a 4.64 ERA in 27 starts with the Rangers last season.
