Fantasy Impact: Hoskins injured his hamstring Monday and was removed from the game. He will now miss some time and fantasy managers should expect Jake Bauers and Owen Miller to see playing time at first base.

Fantasy Impact: Phillips is dealing with a strained right hamstring. Fantasy managers should expect Phillips to throw multiple bullpen sessions before being activated and rejoining the Dodgers’ bullpen.

Fantasy Impact: Miller will likely begin a rehab assignment if he is able to get through Wednesday’s session without any issues. Fantasy managers should expect Miller to need multiple rehab starts before being activated.

Fantasy Impact: Andujar has been participating in baseball activities and is now set to start a rehab assignment. Fantasy managers should expect Andujar to need multiple rehab games before the team activates him from the injured list.

Fantasy Impact: Soler was not wearing a batting helmet and was struck in the head while at the plate. He will likely undergo further examination, but this should not impact his timeline for a return.

Fantasy Impact: Snell turned in an excellent performance in his first rehab outing in Single-A. Fantasy managers should expect Snell to return to the Giants’ rotation after this rehab outing, barring any setbacks.

Fantasy Impact: Lee was placed on the injured list after injuring his shoulder when crashing into the outfield wall. He will seek a second opinion on his injured left shoulder before the team attaches a timeline for a potential return.

Fantasy Impact: Turner will miss his third straight game due to an illness that has impacted other players on the Blue Jays as well. He is reportedly feeling better, but he should still be considered day-to-day for now.

Fantasy Impact: Springer has been feeling sick since last week as he missed Friday and Saturday's games. He returned to the lineup on Sunday but has now missed Monday and Tuesday as he's not fully healthy. he is reportedly feeling better, but he should still be considered day-to-day for now.

Fantasy Impact: Morel was removed from Monday's game after fouling a ball off of his toe/foot area. Luckily he can DH Tuesday, although not being at third base may suggest the issue is still somewhat present. Patrick Wisdom takes over at third base.

Fantasy Impact: Realmuto has missed three games due to right knee soreness, but was able to test things out Tuesday and expects to be back in the lineup Wednesday. He'll look to pick things up where he left off before the injury after having 15 hits in his last 10 games.

Fantasy Impact: Harper was scratched from Tuesday's lineup due to a migraine, but it turns out it was not related to being hit in the head by a throw from the catcher to the pitcher. He should be back at first base Wednesday and look to continue his excellent month of May (.333/.469/.590).

Fantasy Impact: Alzolay was placed on the 15-day IL Monday but hadn't undergone all of the testing to determine the extent of the injury until now. While it's unclear exactly how much time he will miss, he will almost certainly be out for more than 15 days. Hector Neris should continue to get most of the save opportunities for the Cubs.

Fantasy Impact: Gelof has been out of action since April 23rd due to an oblique strain. He'll look to turn things around after a slow start to the season, hitting .196 with a .597 OPS. Brady Basso was also recalled from Double-A, while Easton Lucas and Lawrence Butler were optioned to Triple-A.

Fantasy Impact: Smith is eligible to be activated on Tuesday, but the Mets will wait one more day. He has been sidelined for the past few weeks due to inflammation in his right shoulder.

Fantasy Impact: Dominguez is continuing to work his way back from Tommy John surgery. He'll likely need to play a handful of rehab games before he can be activated.

Fantasy Impact: Bohm took an Edwin Diaz pitch off the hand in the ninth inning of Monday's win over the Mets. Bohm remained in the game afterward and will be in the cleanup spot for the Phillies on Tuesday.


Kyle Schwarber is back in the Phillies lineup on Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact: Schwarber pinch-hit in Monday's win and is back in the starting lineup on Tuesday. He missed three games due to a back injury.

Fantasy Impact: Naughton has been throwing live bullpen sessions and will now progress to facing other competition. He could be good to return by the May.
