DJ Chark has signed a one-year deal with the Chargers worth up to $5 million after spending last year with the Panthers and the year prior with the Lions. (Source: Ian Rapoport on X)

Fantasy Impact: Chark joins a Chargers wide receiver room that is in need of an upgrade from last year, especially with the departure of Keenan Allen. Chark will look to supply a veteran presence and a deep ball threat to a young Chargers wide receiver room that mostly consists of inexperienced pass catchers.

Nate Wiggins signed his rookie contract with the Ravens. The first-round cornerback signed a fully guaranteed four-year deal worth $12.8 million and received a $6.1 million signing bonus. (Source: Ari Meirov on X)

Fantasy Impact: Wiggins is the first Round 1 player to sign his rookie deal. His first-round draft capital indicates he will be an integral part of the Ravens defense, which finished DST 2 in the 2023 season.

Najee Harris' fifth-year contract has been declined by the Steelers as he enters his fourth year in the league. (Source: Gerry Dulac on X)

Fantasy Impact: Harris' impact on the field has varied greatly throughout his career in Pittsburgh. During his rookie year, Harris totaled 1200 rushing yards and just under 500 passing yards, but he has not been able to meet or surpass either of those marks in the subsequent years. While injuries have likely contributed to his inefficiencies, the Steelers haven't seen enough to option him for his fifth year. Harris looks to remain the early down and goal line back for the Steelers going into his final contract year. Meanwhile, running mate Jaylen Warren remains the more explosive option in the Steelers rushing attack as the offense gets a new starting quarterback and new offensive coordinator.

The Packers declined the fifth-year option for Eric Stokes. (Source: Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Stokes has dealt with injuries the past couple of seasons following a solid rookie year in Green Bay. He will look for a big season coming up in a prove-it type of year.

The Washington Commanders signed UDFA Michael Wiley. (Source: Ben Standig on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Wiley was banged up last season with an ankle injury at Arizona, but ran for 771 yards and eight touchdowns two years ago. He also proved to be a good pass catcher out of the backfield, hauling in 97 passes combined across the past three seasons. He'll look to earn a third-down role out of training camp.

The Buccaneers declined the fifth-year option on Joe Tryon-Shoyinka. (Source: Greg Auman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Tryon-Shoyinka will be looking to prove himself this season on a contract year. He saw his snaps steadily decline as the season went on last year.

Fantasy Impact: This was the expectation for Lance. He figures to remain in the same backup role he was in last season with the Cowboys.

The New York Giants signed David Long Jr. (Source: New York Giants on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Long spent stints last season with the Raiders, Panthers and Packers. He'll look to earn a depth and special teams role with the Giants.

Fantasy Impact: Allen was recently released by the Rams. He figures to compete to be the backup center with Cleveland this season.

Boston Scott has signed a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams. He joins the Rams after playing for the Eagles since they drafted him in 2018. (Source: Adam Schefter on X)

Fantasy Impact: Scott joins Kyren Williams and the newly drafted Blake Corum in the Los Angeles backfield. He likely won't see significant playing throughout the season unless Wiliams or Corum get injured, but is a good depth piece for the Rams after being decimated at the running back position last year.

The Atlanta Falcons are exercising the fifth-year option for Kyle Pitts. (Source: Field Yates on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: As expected, the Falcons will pick up the fifth-year option to keep Pitts under contract for another season. He has been a bit disappointing so far relative to how much he was hyped up after being drafted fourth overall back in 2021, but this season he will finally be healthy and will presumably have good quarterback play from Kirk Cousins. This move was expected but still adds a bit more long-term security to the tight end's profile.
